$65 for the first document plus a $25 travel fee — $90 total for a standard visit. Urgent same-day visits are $85 plus $25 travel. Extra documents are $10 each. New customers pay just $50 for their first visit — good anywhere in Hillsborough County — when they mention this page. Your price is confirmed before we head out — no surprises.
What do I need to have ready?
A valid photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) and your unsigned document. Don't sign anything before we arrive — we have to witness your signature.
Where will you meet me?
Wherever you are: your home, office, a hospital room, an assisted living facility, a coffee shop — anywhere in Hillsborough County. If a family member can't travel, we come to their bedside.
Do you work evenings or weekends?
Yes — appointments are available outside business hours, because urgent documents don't wait for Monday. Evening and weekend slots go fast, so call early in the day.
Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. What happens at your appointment stays between you and your notary. We handle sensitive family and estate documents every day — discretion is part of the job.
